Simply enter the first day of your last menstrual period and then press the "View Calendar" button to display your personal ovulation calendar. If you know the length of your menstrual cycle or the length of your luteal phase, this will help to more accurately predict your fertile period and ovulation dates. Don't worry if you do not know this information, however, we suggest that you keep a record the details of your menstrual cycle so that you can adjust the values for menstrual cycle length and luteal phase at a later date.
